1 was to boot into recovery and reinstall (clearly they might have meant erase disk and then restart recovery before reinstalling), 2 is to use time machine, so doesn't apply as I don't use it, and 3 was to create a bootable install USB. I saw an article with 3 ways to downgrade. My plan was to back up everything I wanted to keep (desktop, documents, library, etc), start from a clean slate (which would probably make it run faster anyway), create another volume, and install Catalina as well (just so I'd have dark mode and a 64-bit only OS), and restore from there. For example, I do have one game that doesn't work, which is also a legacy app. If I wanted to do anything that would not work in Mojave.If I were to get an eGPU at some point, I might want to test out with older Blender versions before they dropped graphics options, as Apple dropped support for OpenGL in Mojave. ![]() ![]() OK, so I just tried to install High Sierra for a couple reasons:
